Matt Golden Testifies on EE and Tax Reform

On Wednesday December 12th, the US Senate Committee on Finance, Subcommittee on Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure, held a hearing to discuss the efficacy of using the tax code to promote energy efficiency, as well as the need for performance based incentives.

The hearing was called by Senator Bingaman to provide expert testimony about the effects of energy efficiency incentives for the commercial, industrial, and residential sector.
