The ICP Quality Assurance (QA) Checklists are an important component of the ICP IREE Credentialing System. ICP Quality Assurance Assessors utilize it when performing technical review of projects to ensure projects have complied with the requirements of the ICP Protocols. It also serves as the instrument for recording that projects are eligible for ICP Investor Ready Energy Efficiency™ after a successful technical review by ICP Quality Assurance Assessors.
The QAA shall provide detailed notes as necessary focused on areas of interest as well as any necessary deviation from protocol requirements agreed to by the QAA as representing a reasonable minor change the represents substantial compliance without effecting the rigor of the project.
