Texas - ICP Quality Assurance Providers

Picture
In order to promote high quality projects, the Texas PACE Authority has implemented Independent Third-Party Review (ITPR).  The program requires that qualified engineering firms review projects for compliance with the ICP Protocols.

ICP Quality Assurance Assessors are sanctioned by the program to perform this review.  They play a crucial role in the ICP System and have been vetted to ensure that they possess the necessary qualifications and certifications to competently perform such reviews.  Additionally, they have undergone ICP training in order to join the program, and are the only providers who are qualified to recommend projects for ICP's Investor Ready Energy Efficiency certification which increases the confidence of building owners, investors, and all stakeholders that projects possess robust engineering and reliable predicted savings.

The following ICP QA Assessors are located or work in the state of Texas.
