PG&E On Bill Finance - ICP Option

Pacific Gas & Electric's (PGE) 0% On Bill Financing (OBF) is now available for Investor Confidence Project (ICP) Investor Ready Energy Efficiency™ (IREE) certified projects that conform to the ICP Protocols.  ICP approved Project Developers may submit projects to PG&E.  Projects will undergo a PG&E sponsored Quality Assurance review performed by ARUP, and IREE certification by GBCI, to qualify for the financing.

T
he expansion of the On-Bill Financing (OBF) program, beyond the PG&E incentive programs, is designed to give customers and project developers more control and flexibility in the way they take advantage of OBF.

For more information about the OBF program please refer to the PG&E webpage or email Peter Thompson at PG&E.

For more information about ICP or how ICP integrates into the process please contact us directly.
