The key requirement of the program is that investor participants agree to recommended ICP as a best practice to their partners including project developers and building owners. We also encourage members of the Investor Network to offer incentives to Inestor Ready (ICP compliant projects) in order to convey the value of standardized projects. However providing a special offer is not required in order to join the Investor Network.
