Documentation Package

The ICP Protocols specify various documentation elements that are required when developing ICP compliant, or Investor Ready Energy Efficiency™, projects.  Due to the inherent nature of developing project documentation, ICP's documentation requirements are delineated between the "Underwriting Period" and the "Performance Period.  Most of the required documentation elements will be developed and included in the Underwriting Period documentation package, while other elements will be created and/or finalized during the Performance Period after underwriting (or even post project implementation).  ICP Documentation Requirements (provided below) and the online sample Virtual Documentation Package (shared upon request with pilot projects - contact Jeff Milum) are structured based on these two defined documentation periods.
